Regulations

Below are the rules that apply to our equestrian centre:

• Visitors are not allowed in the stables.
• Riders must wear a riding helmet at all times when on a horse.
• If you wish to make use of our facilities in combination with an instructor from outside, an additional contribution of €7.50 will be applied.
• Lunging is only permitted in the designated arenas.
• Dogs are only allowed on a leash.
• Smoking is not permitted in the stables.
• It is not allowed to let your horse walk on the grass, use the paths.
• You are expected to clean up your horse’s manure everywhere.
• Please do not allow your horse to chew 0n the fences or the edges of the arenas.
• It is not permitted to park cars without trailers in the parking area for lorries.
• Please follow the parking instructions.
• It is not permitted to consume self-brought food or drinks in the bar or on the terrace.
• Entering our equestrian centre is entirely at your own risk. The organization explicitly excludes liability for the occurrence and consequences of accidents, as well as the liability arising from loss, theft or damage of goods whereby participants, employees, visitors, horses or materials are involved.
• Photographers are only permitted in the arena with our permission.
• Permission to publish data: By registering you give permission for your data (name, name of horse, etc.) to be published on lists of participants, start lists and results.
• When you enter the grounds of Ruitersportcentrum de Roosberg, you automatically give permission to publish your images.
